Adra joined LACF in 2020 as a Registered Nurse. She has worked in a variety of settings including hospital, rehabilitation, and palliative care. Adra has 15 years of experience in aged care with 7 of those years as a Unit Manager providing the highest-quality care. She has a Bachelor of Nursing from Deakin University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Palliative Care in Aged Care from Flinders University. Adra has three lovely children of whom she is very proud. Adra is a important part of our management team and we are very happy to have her kind and professional presence around our home.

Tracey has recently joined Latvian Aged Care as a Lifestyle Coordinator. She is married with two beautiful little boys aged 11 and 9 and a pet cat named Vinnie. She has always loved working with people and started her career as a travel agent and worked in that industry for many years before changing careers to Aged Care. Tracey worked initially as a PCA and then chose to become a Diversional Therapist. She loves working in Lifestyle as it is a very special area and Tracey values her time with the residents. She believes that a good lifestyle program enriches a person’s life and gives them purpose. Tracey states 'I am so excited to be a part of the team at Latvian Aged Care'

Highly regarded leader in Health Service development, delivery and support. Exceptional leadership capability, ‘big picture’ focused, self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated ability to act decisively and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
Successful as an assessor with the Aged Care Standards Agency (now the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission) both as an internal employee and as an Agency contractor. Held an executive position on the former Nurses Board of Victoria senior management team. Previous executive level ‘leave’ position and an ongoing position at the Department of Health and Ageing in the accountability and risk management team with proven skills in meeting compliance requirements of stakeholders in complex health environments.
Most recent role has centred on overall management of Martin Luther Homes (MLH) nursing home, transition care program, short term restorative care program, financial management, introduction and monitoring of the new quality standards, operational and clinical leadership, along with management of the building program and commissioning of a 33 bed wing as a Transition Care Unit.
Ongoing development of policies under the new standards and monitoring of compliance to ensure residential and community based new aged care standards meet consumer requirements.
